Element 151 is committed to continuing to provide the same stellar production and communication that Chanté made the company known for. On a personal note, I am committed to taking this company to the next level by competeing in a larger market and taking our productions to a national level. This is something that was laid into the foundation of Element 151 when Chanté & I started it.

Someone recently gave me some amazing advice about change : “Change is necessary and you know its for the best so just do everything you do with that in mind, adjust, grow, stand up straight, breathe slowly.”

With that we are excited to bring on a new member to the team, Kelly Syth. Kelly will continue the work that Chanté started, at first with coordination, client relations, and eventually growing into a producing role. With her addition and the continued hard work & dedication of Matt Baca, Element 151’s supporting staff has never had so much energy. This energy in combination of the promised growth I spoke of earlier in this letter has lead to another major decision for Element 151 and it’s future.

Beginning January 2012, Element 151 will begin focusing a large amount of time in Los Angeles. Matt, Kelly, and I will establish business in LA and will be working between both the Bay Area and the LA area simultaneously.. The Bay Area music community is responsible for the growing success of this company and we will never turn our backs on that. At the same time in order for us to grow enough to continue to provide the flexibility and affordable quality that we do here we need to begin to compete in a bigger market. The closest market to home is in Los Angeles. Our goal is to be the busiest production team on the I5. You all have become a part of our family and we are dedicated to continue being a part of your success. Our cameras and talents are extremely portable. With this news we hope to have all of your support. It’s a big step and like everything that has ever been a part of this company, a risk. But we are excited and determined to continue to bring the best production available to the Bay Area and to represent Northern California in the LA market.

As we move forward to a bigger future for the company, we wish Chanté the greatest success. Wherever she lands, they are lucky to have her capabilities and talents. To Matt & Kelly, as we take the next steps in this company’s future I am looking forward to continuing what Element 151 has already started with the both of you.
